Inktjet won't, I'm afraid. The ink won't fixate on the bag material. You could try spraying the material with a special spray, used to make material "printable" (InkAid, or something like that)...do you think a regular home printer would print on bag material?

I always thought the letters ARE transparent?!?

Paper would not look good, that's for sure. You can buy transparant sheets to print on with an inktjetpaper. Pretty easy to find and not that expensive. I think that will be a good option.whats needed to print white /grey , looks to me like the orig is shiney plastic so im not sure paper would look right
