Babylon 5 PPG grips....which Pachmayrs?

Hey all...long time reader, finally posting. I have been making props for a long time, and I finally got the desire to finally make a PPG from the first season of B5. After researching the PPG, I have found several places for the pachmayr grips...but cannot find a definitive answer to which model.
I found the S & W J frame compac Professional grips with the open back strap...these are for the square butt frame according to the description. The model number is Pachmayr Compac Grip For Smith & Wesson J Frame Square Butt Md: 03255.
Please, if anyone can say for sure if the square butt version is correct...I know that the backstrap is open, like the model 03255, then I will be very grateful...and a happy camper!! I have found a similar one but for the round butt. That difference aside (because the frame will be covered anyway), I will use the square butt version if this is a mystery.
Thanks for any info on these grips. I appreciate any help from the knowledge base.

I may be too tired and not reading the question correctly, but I believe it's the square frame for that. I did a resin cast recently, but it looked different compared to the Air Weight S&W I own.

Thanks for the help. I ordered the grips I mentioned...once I get those, I'll go form there on my PPG. I like yours...shiny!! Nice grips and great weathering.

JA, where did you get that casting? I am looking for a good cast and can only find junk.

This is what I bought for my Nick'sDad full metal PPG. They fit perfectly.

This model of pachmayr grip ( #03252 ) is what is on the originals.
