hey everyone im new here and just curious i want to do a psi cop uniform from babylon 5 like bester had and have no idea where to start could you give me any clues?

There is a very talented coplay artist in Finland who did a Psicop uniform for her self and I have got her permission to post a link to her FB posts outlining some of the process she did to make hers. She also said she'd be will to answer any questions you might have. Enjoy !!
