Avengers S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Costume, need help.

Alright, so I'm putting together a SHIELD costume from Avengers. One of the agents escorting Loki on the Helicarrier. I've got the helmet, the M4A1 and most of the components for the rifle. I need help with the uniform itself, as well as the tactical vest used in the film. So far, I haven't been able to find one that seems to match the ones they used. I've looked through quite a lot of airsoft sites for the right vest, but I'm going off of stills from the movie and none of them are shots of the vest unobstructed.

I live in Orlando, Florida. But is there anyone that knows where I can either buy a SHIELD uniform that's film accurate or, who/where I can get one made from?

I'm trying to put this whole thing together for DragonCon.

Yes, exactly like that. I've already got the helmet coming in and I have the same M4, with various components also coming in. I've been using that still to base my costume on, but it's hard to tell all the details of the vest. And I have no idea where to get the uniform either.
