what material did you use for this build?

It's cowhide leather. The avengers logo is rubber, as well as the star. The star is attached via Velcro

Do you have sewing pattern? did you hand stitch or use sewing machine? cuz it looks like a lot of layers of leather for a machine.

Yeah. Cowhide leather. Only the best for Cap! Haha. Wasn't too expensive either. You just have to find a supplier.
