Shadeling, what abou right parts? should i just make a mirror for left parts in designer and add 2-nd file?

Mirroring is the best option, that way you don't have to unfold twice. With everything being on the same document be mindful that all of it will be flipped.

That's how I learned the hard way to make a file per part. But what you did will work[emoji41]

I'm not using these files but I'm building one also, and I'm 4' 11". I've sized them down to be about 5 feet tall total. (Mini Hulkbuster). I think you might find sizing it down and getting everything to fit a lot easier than originally expected. I have.

I'm doing it from the point of view that the shell is just for looks. The skeleton and such will be my primary focus. I'm liking how it's turning out tho [emoji41]

Just got back from Lowes, looks like the 4" conduit may be a bit overkill. However it looks like going to the 2" casters for the shoulder will work just fine

hey I got the file dnloaded but for some reason unfolded paper side wont zoom in, any Idea why,
