To answer for what I'm doing, I've finalized the sizing and am going to deal with my arms being out to the side with my hands in the upper forearms controlling squeezy levers and a modified universal joint that will rotate the forearms about 60 degrees.
The helmet hopefully will open and close as similar as I can to the movie.
I'm aiming for the knees to be inline with my own and leaving the crotch area of the cod open for easier walking.
I'm trying to talk myself out of the chest and tummy from opening out the the side along with the cod, legs, and feet.... but it's so tempting to add all the tech....
