Attaching Rubies costume armor help

1st off thanks to all of you guys for your advice on my various topics. I'm almost done with my suit. I wanted to know how I would attach the small armor pieces to a latex suit with netting. Since they are half pieces I'm not sure how to go about this.

They have shin armor, shoulder, and chest.

i'm not sure what the suit looks like but i'd guess velcro and or magnets.
