attaching quills?

hello hunters sorry to bother yall,but i have used the search feature with no avail,i cant for the life of me figure out how to attach the quills with out them sticking straight out (because their suppost to be angled up and back),if and one can provide me with a link or some advise it would be appreciated, thanks for your time...jess

cut the wide end at an angle ..then simply super glue it on to your mask
