Assorted Gundams 1/100 and 1/60

You know, oddly enough, I'm not a fan of the anime series (and definitely not an expert on the various series) but I love the models. I've never bothered posting pics of the couple I've built as I didn't think anybody else was interested. I'll snap a few pics now that I see I've got somebody to share with :p

Very cool pics. And I'd have to agree that the Endless Waltz designs are some of my favorites too. I've been wanting to build one of the 1/100 EW Tallgeese kits but keep putting it off. I have built a 1/100 Heavyarms and 1/100 Serpent along with about a half dozen of the smaller kits from various series. I always just pick them based on how cool they look to me.

I'd say my favorite design - and the one I have yet to build because I want to "do it right" is the 1/100 Master Grade Kaempfer. He just looks totally awesome to me. I also have (but haven't built yet) a 1/100 RGM-79 Sniper.

I don't know why but the idea of building well articulated 'mini-giant' robots is just totally cool to me. :angel I guess it's the kid in me it appeals to. Not much is cooler than giant robots. :p

Oh it's a show off thread. i thought he was selling them. I have had ever Gundamwing kit ever made i sold them all saddly :( i only work on Master grade and perfect grade gundams. :love Heres my gundam on display
Perfectgrade Wing zero custom
I'll take a better pictures later

Hello guys,

Well, I built for others as well as myself.

To be honest, I only started watching the series like EW most recently and I tried to watch the Seed series. Darn, the translations on these shows suck turkey juice bad. :unsure

Like you, I only pick up those Gundam kits that I like and I am happy to leave a lot out of my wishlist.

Recently, they rerelease the EW kits in 1/100 and I went to pick some Heavyarms and yes, the NG Wing which I heard so many bad things about but the kit, with a little elbow grease can be made to look nice. So do any other NG. ;)

Tallgeese, Shenlong still in my wishlist tho. I missed out of the Amazon sales of the MG Kaempfer, shucks.

I am more into 1/100 scale because I find this scale. The kits are already small and I just finished a 1/144 Feedom from the Meteor Unit. Man, I do not want to build small kits again but there is the 1/144 Dendronium or how you spell it being re-release now. :unsure

Please do share some of your builts too.

Hey GZ,

Whoa, nice one there.

I have a PG Wings in the works too. I think its still one of the best engineered kit I ever built and I am, oddly, liking it. I do not normally enjoy the building part coz I only like painting. I only wish this kit comes with a stand tho.

I look forward to other PG kits in the future.

As much as I like the MG range. I have to say most are kinda out of my price range. My recent purchase is the Zeta C Plus which I have been eyeing for a long long time. I hope to add all the other Zetas into my collection sometime later. One at a time.

Hey Darthgoat,

Ah, thanks for pointing that one out. :D

yeah these kits are pricey i bought my PG Wing zero back when i was in school i droped 275 bucks on him....now it;s worth half that :lol You should check out more UC gundam shows there awsome.

Yeah, or keep my eye peel for people who got sick of collecting them and selling for cheap, hehheh.

I am highly interested in the PG RX178 Titan and Zeta tho..., ah someday, someday. Too many in my wishlist for now. :confused

That's to say the least. You're one of the best air brush artist's I've ever seen.

His mechs really shine. They're just purty. :thumbsup

I, too, think the PG Wing Custom is pretty well engineered EXCEPT for the parts in the wrist. On both wrists I had pieces break so that it doesn't quite more right. Still waiting on replacement parts from Bandai too.

Otherwise, great stuff. I'll probably post some stuff later on once I get home but seeing how most of the stuff I have is either figure or super robot, maybe I'll start another thread.

His mech's are sweet no question, but ask him to show you the RC boats he does. The airbrushing on those are amazing.

^ My brother in law does RC boats. That's where he spends HIS modelling dough. Jet boats, you name it, he's into it. Fiberglas or aluminum...

Those might be of interest to him as well.

Halo REL, Hand,

Ah, thanks for putting up the RC boats for me there REL man and for your kind words. I should update some of the pictures coz most of the paintings are done for the speed boats.

Some of them are taken back by client before I can take pictures of them tho. I only wish they are as eager to pay me as they are eager to have their toys. :unsure

Hand man, many thanks. Yipe, I done jet drive, surface drive, submerged drive, twin drive, Z-drive on fiberglass hulls. Darn, if only all them RC producers produce fiberglass quality like Richard's.

I still like building and painting the boats, but only wish there is a bigger market where I am. :confused

GZ,

You can buy them Bandai spare parts at: http://www.rainbowten.co.jp/english/index.html AS I am still in progress working on this PG Wings. I will look out for the wrist part. The only part I lost is the LED for the eyes but that is easily replace.

Ryu,

I used to be into resin figures too but now. I am only keeping the anime ones that I have left over. I am looking to collect the Dead or Alive figures of all the ladies tho. :D This time, the prepainted ones.
