Well, I modeled ASHPD (Portal Gun) and I think this model is very smooth. It is fully unfolded and ready to build.

Mmm... Cut some bottle to fit? Maybe.
But seriously, I plan just transfer template to something transparent and then wrap it to cylinder form.
