Felgacarb Sr Member Jan 10, 2015 #22 Thanks Chrisisall & ivanj05! While I was at it, and Creation Earth was having a sale.... Might as well convert an AA "black & white" into a proper black & white, with pocket clip!

Chrisisall Master Member Jan 10, 2015 #23 So pretty. Looks like it could cut through a bulkhead in less than thirty minutes!
Felgacarb Sr Member Jan 10, 2015 #24 Well, If I could figure a way to make the AA P1 sight hood pop up like they did onscreen, maybe....

Felgacarb Sr Member Jan 11, 2015 #26 After another day, I still felt the gray P1 of my gray/gray phaser was too light. So I took the radical step of making my own dark dark gray color- I mixed Tamaiya stain blackk with German Gray, approximately 50/50: This is what it looks like, compared the the black and white (for a decent black reference) first with flash, then without: I think this finally looks correct to my eye. These two should now be costume ready!
