Armorsmith Designer Help

Hello! Not sure if this is the right spot for this.
Just bought Armorsmith Designer and am immediately having a major issue I'm hoping someone can help with.
When I open the program, the costume section will flash my avatar but then go black and show nothing.
How do I fix this?

Resolved. Deleted the following two files.

I totally thought that title said, Aerosmith.....like, does the band have armor when they preform or something cool like that???
Guess you fixed it, which is good, as I'm surely no help....guess I better just go back to dreaming on.....
