Armature Question

I am building a vinyl facehugger kit. What is the best stuff to use inside it, to make it poseable? I first thought about a coat hanger, but I don't want anything to poke through the soft vinyl. Any thoughts?

Aluminium armature wire would work if you can get it.Embedding the wire ends in apoxie sculpt or something similar should prevent the ends poking through the vinyl.

Any armature will eventually have metal fatigue breaks with repeated movement so best to avoid unneccessary bending but ti should be ok for posing the piece and allow for a few repositionings in its lifetime without problems.
