Beautiful cowl. I wish I could see some progress pics of your sculpt.

Sorry I don't sculpt in the normal sense. I work in hard form so this is mostly automotive grade polyester filler and putty with sintra for the large hard shapes. The whole armor will be made very similar no clay involved, just a lot of dust and sanding.

Thanks again guys, started cutting armor templates today. Hope to continue working on this tomorrow, cowl should be molded by the end of this coming week.

I was blown away originally thinking you sculpted this in clay. Then you throw this out there??!! I'm trying to pick my jaw up off the floor now. Beautiful!!

Painted? This is going to be a wearable cowl and suit to fallow. It will be cast in tinted black 40 shore urethane rubber, the bale face will be cut out once cast so it's wearable.
