Vayuh'ta - yes, it could be built for a 5'6" person. Although, right now I will not be taking orders for a while but will still be selling completed suit from www.flexdesigncostumes.com I will be listing the sizes for the suits and will making the suits in a smaller size.

As far as the latex...I sure it would work although I have never done it myself. It's just fabric and foam so there shouldn't be a problem.

For testing purposes, what kind of fabric is it? I'm assuming the countdown on the site is the time until launch?

I use two different fabric blends. The first and the most common is a four-way stretch cotton/lycra blend, the second is a nylon/lycra blend (which has a shiney look to it). And yes, the countdown clock is when the site launches. Still a lot to do before the site opens.

I beleive Tweikarikna used one of those suits for his Predator Costume. Watch the video to see it.

I painted it with mask latex. To cover the fabric. Then painted it with Prosaide and Acrylics like a normal latex costume piece. Came out really nice.

Very form fitting.

Okay bud, your very first post was to ask for one of these in the marketplace.  I messaged you about that, told you very few had them here, and then pointed you in the direction of both the intro thread and mr. incredible suit tutorial.  You then posted the very same question in the introduction thread.  Now you've necroed a four year old post?  Warning issued.  Don't do this again please.
