Or how about the buyers step up and take some responsibilty? Paypal gives buyers 45 days to file a claim. The first "where is my stuff?" e-mail should go out at day 14. The next at day 21. The claim should be filed at day 30. No excuses and no second guessing. File the claim. I gave away a few hundred dollars worth of stuff and I mailed it on my own time and dime the very next day. That was my responsibility and I owed it to my contest winners.

Quite frankly, as a buyer, if you don't take advantage of the resources provided to you, you lose the right to complain.

update.

I received the parts today from Mattydog.

I resorted to sending him a weekly email as a kind reminder. Ended up getting him to chat a bit and my initial gut feeling on him was right, he really wants to try and make it right.

I have no idea on his progress or his communications to others, but I highly suggest, if you haven't already contact him. reeleffects@yahoo.com

guys. thank you for being so patient. I am working on them and getting them out. I have other people on other sites that i am filling orders for as well. just an update.... im not trying to stiff anyone. i assure you.
 
OK, nice to hear that you haven't gone from RPF.

I'm still waiting for my Han body parts as well. Have emailed Matt several times, as I believe I was the first to actually pay for this run, and I still haven't received the items.
 
BUMP to keep it active, it's been about a year since I paid for some used MR sabers.

I don't know about the situation here, but i did just found out that Mattydog's Father has died. This might explain why he hasn't returned the email yet.

Hi, Good to see you back. " < $100" meant less than $100.00, not $100.00. Was not trying to puff the amount.

Can we consider banning Matty now. Plenty of others have been for failing to deliver on orders after taking money. It's been over a year...little or no communication. We don't need people tlike that here, do we?
 
Still have not received my sabers or a refund, or even a direct communication.
