Anyone know Mattydog? bad deal - update if you are still owed parts

I've had lots of issues myself buying from him on eBay and other sites and had found this thread online. He ignores emails and is impossible to get into contact with.
 
Looks like your response has been edited but if you can get in touch with him, I'd still like my $200 deposit back from the HIC pieces.
