Anyone here used Hydrospan?

Hi Sarge,
It works best with solids, but will work with hallows they just need to be thick walled. You will have to mold it right away after its full grouth which is a mim. of 14 days. You will have to use tin based silicone to mold it.

Hope this helps,

Thanks Mike! I was wondering if it started to shrink back right away or not (like alginate). One of the things I want to do, would be enlarge something from about 1/4 scale to life size. If the original is cast nice and evenly, I'm thinking it would end up about 1/2" thick by the time it reached full size. Do you think that would work or should I clay it up solid and just use the extra hydrospan it would need? I'm thinking it would take between 3-4 generations to get it where I need it.

Thanks again and shoot me your email sometime- I moved back home a month or so ago, re-activated my old AOL acct. and lost some emails and bookmarks. SgtFang@aol.com
