Anyone having problems with their Diamond Select 1701 Enterprise?

I love this toy. I have had it on display since I got it. Everytime you push the bridge, you get one of several sound bites.

I just changed the batteries and now I only get one sound bite: "Prepare to attack; all hands battle stations"

I don't see any way to open the saucer section to get at the switch or the chip.

Any thoughts?

I'm pretty certain that the refit and 1701-E had one there.. could be wrong.

On my ST:WOK Enterprise there is a tiny hole on the right side that has a reset button if the sound or lights do not work- you stick in pin in the hole (like a paperclip or something) to press the button:

This is why I love this forum! d_Jedi! nailed it. There is a little 3-position switch inside the battery compartment. Problem solved. The Enterprise is safe.

You've got to learn why things work on a starship, to prevent an enemy from attempting what your doing, to access the demo mode switch.
