Anyone ever make a replica set dressing?

I was wondering if anyone has ever attempted to replicate any set dressings? Particularly Blade Runner vid-phones or SW Tantive IV hallways?

It's going painfully slow, but I eventually want turn my living room into a home theater modeled after Kirks apartment in Trek II.
