Still, I wouldn't discount the possibility of finding a loophole or two... "film use"... "museum"... and so on. Worth looking into for those with easy access to the info.
I'm getting close to canceling mine. :unsure
The one thing I really don't understand is why they don't give more frequent updates. Why ask everyone to contact customer service when they know everyone is wondering when these guns are going to be delivered.
Because of the "out of sight, out of mind" principle. The less often they send out an email saying that a product's been delayed for another week/month/quarter, the less reminders people have that they've been waiting how long and the better the chance a customer base won't up and cancel en masse.
The funny thing is, if you email custoemr service for an update, they just cut and paste the text from the last relevant newsletter when they reply to you. :lol
Whine whine whine....I mean, come on, it's only been 7 months, jeez you guys are impatient....:rolleyes :lol
That's not true. I did not pay via PayPal.As far as I know, no credit cards have been charged. The only people who paid up front were Paypal orders.
If that is true, QMX have broken their terms of contract.

A bit OT but wasn't quite sure where to ask.
Is the gun a static piece or are there any parts that move?
So I don't understand this. QMX Steve is feeling free to answer all sorts of questions about MR. But meanwhile this thread which pertains to QMX still gets no answers.
