The Desert Speeder: I took the Hasbro threadspeeder and re-designed it, because I did not like the idead of a tread speeder. Why have one when you can have a frictionless vehicle??? Never understood the point. But anyhow here is my mods/rebuild of the Hasbro treadspeeder:

I'd really love to give the illusion of it hovering, perhaps make a diorama & have girders & rubble beside it but one actually being the support that suspends the model, some lights for it's headlights etc

The inspiration for this build was a 3D drawing version done by Kris Turvey for an ILM Star Wars, competition. As usually, I modified everything to my liking but the over look is pretty much the same. I scratch built this using various parts from my 'box of misc parts'.

G-8 CARGO POD

Another sci-fi build. Seem to be doing a lot of those these days. I have one more to do than I will be back to building the usual truck and 1/35 builds. I had been working on this for some weeks now and have gotten it to this point. The majority of the work is a combination of scratch building, and some kit-bashing. I pretty much used whatever and anything that was in my arsenal. Lots of small bits and pieces went into making this, a somewhat, believable sci-fi transport. I still have a little more work to do on the wagon behind the driver's compartment before calling it done. The cab is from a toy front loader. I bought three of these plastic toy front loaders at a cheap store. I planned on upgrading them. One for my heavy hauler trailer and the other just for the heck of it.

Thanks to Shane Bradley for coming up with the name for this build.. Again, my pic taking is not the best. Sorry for the quality of the pics.

The "Walrus" Anti-Gravity Recon scout Unit

Letting my imagination run wild. Yes, its another anti-gravity build, yet again. This build went together rather easy. I started off with the IDF Nagmachon APC kit from Hobbyboss, that I received as a reward for the ‘Random Award’ in November 2017. I then converted the kit into a hover unit using the kits original parts only, making up about 98% of the bulk of the vehicle. The only scratch build parts and foreign items used in this built, was the rear panel, with the rounded exhausts mounted on; a few white styrene here and there, and empty astma canisters used for the four engines. The weaponry were modified and extra parts added to give them a distinctive look from my box of ‘Misc’ model parts from other kits I have collected over the years. The name ‘Walrus’ was given due to the shape and size of the overall look of the vehicle. I think it looks like a beast, but that's me.

ALS (Atmospheric Land Speeder)

This was my very first SF model. I have always been interested in SF models but military modeling has always been my first love. But this time I wanted to try something different and decided to go for it with both feet in. So I decided I wanted to make my first entry into the Sci-Fi arena, a Hover craft. I had three versions of hover bike that will be building.

This one you see here is the first of the three. I called this one ALS(Atmospheric Land Speeder). I wanted something rugged, weathered, beaten up, Badass and intersting to look upon with a mouth watering effect. I loved the Star Wars version, both old and the new version. Someone had scratch built the new Star Wars land speeder which took my breath away. So I decided to scratch built mine in order to get the look and feel of what I was aiming for. The build is partly scratch and modified using parts from different other kits. I alsoused materials like electrical sockets, old astma powder holders and bits and pieces of misc. materials that fit the bill.

The result is what you see before you. I had no major plans or drawings but I knew how I wanted it to look in my head. So bit by bit I just tried different materials to see how'd it look, then just glued it in place.
