ANOVOS Support?

Hi all! Has anyone else had recent issues getting in touch with support at ANOVOS? I have a return I sent back over a month ago that has not been refunded, and I can't get any response through their ticket system, email or by phone. I also have another exchange I need to request, but again I can't get any response after multiple attempts.

In the past I have had nothing but great service from their support team, so it is unusual to have such a hard time getting through.

If anyone here works for ANOVOS or has had luck getting in touch with them recently, I would be very grateful for a reply. Thanks!

they are pretty bad at contact... i got a response when i posted to the posts they make on Facebook or Instagram. When new clients can see it they just on the responses
 
Im in the same boat. No response from email or ticket system concerning an exchange. No response in over a month. :-(
 
the only time i've been able to get a response is in their live chat, the never return my emails, frankly, as a first time buyer, I am completely disappointed with them and will never buy from them again
