how do you think the bsg tanks / patches will compare to the unofficial ones that were going around a couple of years ago? any major differences discovered with more access to the original stuff?

Yeah, find a friend who lives in the US who can order it then mail it to you when they recieve it. Problem solved.
I will be in for the New Trek movie stuff. Eff the nay sayers. I thought it was a fun movie, and I am really diggin' the costumes.
Oh right can't see any problems with that, hey guy across the ocean can you take delivery of a very very expensive parcel (which i'll pay for) and then send said package to me(which i'll pay for), of course i'd like you to use your time to do this for free otherwise i'll pay for that too, i don't mind paying for shipping three times, though it would have been nice if the company could ship international.
Scenario A = Guy you know from the internet "forgets" to forward parcel.
Scenario B = Guy forwards parcel but it arrives damaged at the end of this international pass the parcel game , begin the headache of explaining that to customer service reps and establishing who is liable for the cost of replacement.
Clearly, you are not a "glass half full" kind of guy :lol

I didn't realize it was US sales only- but I have friends in the States who would help me out. More than likely the double cost of shipping it to them and then onto me would probably equal the amount for it to be shipped directly to me Internationally anyway.

Is there a chance that the items could be bought through other webistes like Entertainment Earth? An overseas supplier would be helpful as there are MANY Trek fans that don't live in the US that would be interested in this caliber of costume-wear.

well, if you can put together a "buy two, get one free" that would be even better.
I'm thinking, what if, oh, just thinking aloud here, someone wanted all the trek XI tunics, but only needed one pair of pants. Will the tunics be sold individuall, or do you have to buy a tunic/trousers combo?
