ANOVOS issues (ANOVOS ONLY discussion)

Guess Stacy has gone silent now. Ive sent her an email over a week ago about helping me with my refund requested through aNOvos over a year ago. Anyone have any luck with Stacy?

Stacy has not responded to my email from 2 weeks ago, so I plan to call her in the next couple days if I can. A dear friend passed away unexpectedly, so Anovos has been low priority lately. I’ll share here if I get ahold of Stacy by phone.

Not that I have seen anywhere. Not a single item in Q3 has been shown to have shipped or been delivered on Facebook or other forums like White Armor that I follow.
That isn't totally accurate. Some AT-AT helmets, Sandtrooper helmets, and I believe some FO TK items have shipped.

It sure would be nice to have an update for the rest of the Q3 items. I know it would be hard to believe that estimate either.
 
I got an email JUST JOW that one of my items, actually the most recent purchase I made, is on the way. The Season One Star Trek duty belt. At least that’s movement.... but the Discovery Phaser is STILL not here two years later.

Thats inconceivable! if I ordered the TOS duty belt I might have received an email...sadly, I ordered the TOS 'sparkly pants' instead. Waiting like patience on a monument...
 
I'm certainly interested in the Anovos one, but would likely order it from BBTS. And only when it's available for shipping.
So far Anovos has just had people express interest by clicking on the button on the website, then confirming through email that you want to be added to the list. No money has been requested yet. I assume they will request payment closer to when the helmets are ready.

It's another step forward.
I want Anovos to fulfill all those backorders and redeem themselves, that would restore some faith in the company. But until that happens: dealing with BBTS would be wiser.
 
Despite the complaints about them failing to deliver their Kylo Gear, it appears that they are extending the offer for more fans to get aboard that Kylo Train...

I would not hold out hope of getting any help or replies from "Stacey" or anyone else from Disney cause that would help the lawsuit against Anovos/Disney.

I understand the new direction the lawsuit is taking it makes sense and the door is still open for it to eventually work for everyone.

What sucks so much about Anovos not giving refunds is I'm 99% sure a majority of people that would have received refunds because of delays would eventually buy product again once they started delivering product reliably again.

Guess my question is this: they say they started “production” in 2016 with research. Ummmmm... does that mean they’re taking the minute changes from all three films and making an approximation of all three outfits?? Like they did with their Star Trek tunics? Because those were not specific to one of the first two seasons like they said they were.

Its a good question. We wont know until people receive them. Its like the FOTK I am waiting for. Who knows what movie(s) it will be from at this point.

I don't understand why you are holding on to hope. Face it. ANOVOS ripped you off. You will never see your money , nor your product. Best thing to do is warn people about them, make sure the company is shut down, and move along.
 
Six more days to halloween, halloween, halloween. I know what mask I wont be wearing this year, and there is no big giveaway with Anovos at 9PM (I am obviously watching one movie too many times this week)
