ANOVOS issues (ANOVOS ONLY discussion)

Mara Jade's Father By the way, I'm right there with you when I saw your post. I thought to myself, man, that would be pretty bad if they would have deleted it but I don't see why they would do that anyway. It just wouldn't be proper.

I know everyone is pissed, I myself have cancelled the snowtrooper Tier 1 order and I'm on the edge on my Tie wingman helmet. If that faceplate looks anything like the trooper kit I got, I might just cancel it also .. not because of the sharp edges but the corners got cut on the teeth section to help the pulls and I really don't like the look.

BUT, the frustration to wait after my stuff kinda cooled down lately with the new bunch of items that got shipped. Perhaps it's the light at the end of the tunnel like Jo seems to say .. Heck I'm even thiking about pre-ordering the FOTK kit .. I will have at least a year to think about it anyway! :)

Maybe you could try creating a new account with the email you used to order? I'm not sure but I think I was in the same situation as you and my order showed up once I registered with that email. I'm sorry if this is vague, it was over a year ago...

I asked Anovos this on Facebook it does indeed mean shipping now and through Q4 so people can receive their items at any point in that timeframe

If I remember correctly, there was a change in their systems last year. Something about a new account system, so it might just be that your order isn't showing up on your account because of that... I would try the chat thing on their website to try to sort it out.

Follow up...

So I used the chat function and talked with a rep. They still have my order but my original account no longer exists so I have no online way to track it. The rep tried to change the email address of the original order but no luck. So they put in a trouble ticket. The rep said they never seen this before. :wacko

It's not really a problem (as far as I know) as it does not seem to effect my order.
 
Seems like they've updated their Star Wars landing page. All products are now shown and a few of the items have Counters to show how many instock/preorders are still available.

That Vader helmet goes in and out of stock almost daily.
 
neoprene neckseal - hey, isn't that what they initially showed us the OT TK kit would have, before switching to a cheaper alternative? It's nice, but damn, at $60 for the seal and $60 for the shipping (come ON guys! That thing is going to fit in an envelope!!!!!!)? That's ban-nay-nays. They gots ta find a solution to their shipping costs.
 
Come on people! Hurry up and jump on that FOTK preorder! Anovos needs money so that they can afford to ship out all the stuff sitting in their fulfillment center!

So get on it! Give them more money! I want my stuff!

Those probably are the neckseals we were supposed to get with the OT TK's :p
 
I missed the Kylo helmet by one stinking day or two!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It was still available a day or two ago when I checked

I did not have the money until today and now it's sold out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, will wonders never cease.
Got a really late email last night that my Shadow Trooper helmet was UPS shipped. Cool. Two more to go (complete snow & complete atat).

I would keep checking every day, at least twice a day. Their Vader helmet has gone from sold out, pre-order, sold out, etc almost daily.

EDIT: BBTS.com still has it available for pre-order.
