Anovos Refund Update #2:

Well, even though it's a Sunday, my credit card was just credited for the second and final order from Anovos. However, they deducted the full current MSRP for the Jyn gloves plus $10 shipping from the order refund. As you know, the Jyn gloves I wrote a tear down article about are so ashamedly hideous that my wife can not possibly wear them with a straight face. The only reason she held out hope, was for the scarf that was supposed to be included. Now I ended up paying all most as much as the two piece set, and all I have is a hideous pair of gloves that look like they were made out of beef jerky, and assembled by a preschooler.

But hey, everyone who want to hold out hope that they will ever send what you paid for, and it won't look the Jyn gloves, best of luck to you. I'll try and see if I can do anything to help others get their refunds.
 
I’ve just received my refund for the AT-AT helmet I never received (ordered back in January, promised in June then no show after the promised Q3 delivery).
Of course, the refund didn’t come via Anovos (that would have been too easy!), it was through my CC company who were, for the second time, excellent in sorting it.
Just the FOTK to come. Do we actually think this is going to ever be delivered (serious question)?
 
As someone who has waited for a refund since Jan 3rd I'm amazed you rcvd one. I doubt I'll see one though.

Further up in this thread is a e-mail address of someone at disney. Informing that one causes him/her to put pressure on anogos.
 
I doubt they'll be much help anymore since they are trying to disconnect themselves from Anovos support due to the lawsuit.

A handful of the FOTK kits went out...without helmets and soft goods, IIRC. Based on that, I'd say there's a decent chance the remaining orders will be fulfilled, although the timetable is always the question.

I wouldn't be so sure. Now the latest excuse from Anovos is that they aren't shipping the FOTK kits because they ran out of gaskets.
Wait!, the first few in April didn't ship with soft goods. So......try another excuse Anovos.
 
Hey look! The Mandalorian premiered and what didn’t ship like they said they would? Helmets. Interesting. They say in their email that they will ship before the premiere, email me if interested and look what I was never ever updated on? Hmmm... LUCKILY they never opened orders for them. But to gauge interest and then drop that ball like an anvil? Yikes, Scoob.

Well, says """"estimated"""" (again, that word) to ship before Thanksgiving. I guess they could open orders and send out 200 of them on Monday. wAAOOWwwww...

Yes, in fact, I would copy Stacy at Disney on your email to Charlie at Anovos, so he is aware that she is watching and being kept up on their failure to refund. Then open a support ticket on Anovos.com mentioning that you already sent an email to Charlie/Stacy and are awaiting a full refund. I bet you will see results.

I lost Stacy's email by the way. Anyone have it? Just for the record, I do not feel anyone here should abide any longer by the "I have the phone number/ email/ and address but I can't give it out" crap. That said, if anyone has any/ all contact information on these fronts, PM me with it all. I will not mention your name but I will post the information constantly.

Just wanted to point out something I haven’t seen mentioned. Their Mandalorian helmets have a LOT of clear coat pooling, at least on the two visible in this photo. I bet you almost every single one will have it. They must be absolutely drenching these things, and unfortunately the only way you’d be able to fix it is by sanding it back and repainting.

If it’s just going to sit on your shelf and won’t bother you, I’m happy for ya, but it is a flaw and flaws should be called out IMO. Especially when the helmets are over $600.
