Another ANH DL-44 replica

Just wanted to show my replica of Han Solo's DL-44 from ANH. I had the base Denix and a DL-44 conversion kit laying in a box in the basement. I bought it some years ago but I didn't get around to do anything with it before I rediscovered it this summer.

The Denix was milled for better acuray. I cannot remember who did it. It is also upgraded with wooden grips. The blaster conversion kit is from Dark Energy Creations. But I swapped the scope with one from Blaster Factory. The mystery disc is also from BF.

It was a fun build and I'm quite happy with the result.

Not sure where to put this, but here's one I painted and fixed on the cheap from Amazon. $16 not a huge star wars fan just wanted to see what I could make of it. Lol

Did you have to switch the DEC mount to fit the blaster factory scope? Id like to do the same thing with mine as I have a DEC too. Great build looks very nice!
