Annie Frost's challenge coin from Chase

Just watched the December 6th episode of Chase titled "Betrayed". The challenge coin would be a great prop to have. Here are a few pics. I didn't see any shots of the back.

Thanks Conny, but I have seen sites like that before when I thought about making a coin for a local group last year. Unfortunately, they have a minimum order of 100 coins plus a die fee.

From the pictures I posted this appears to be a 2 inch coin. Looking at the prices on the site that you linked 100 2 inch coins with color on both sides would be $592. While this isn't bad for 100 coins I only want one so I don't think this will work for me, unless there are 99 other RPF members interesed in one of them.

I did go back and watch these two scenes again and there is a split second where they show the back of the coin at an angle and very blurry. The back seems to be the same design as the front.

I got two of those RPF coins and remember Mark saying that the company he ordered from had a minimum order of 300 coins.

When I was thinking of doing some coins last year for my local photography group I checked several of these companies. Most of them have a minimum order of 100 or more. There was one that had a minimum of 50 and even one that had a minimum of 25 coins. But the price per coin and die fees were much higher so that your final cost for 25 coins was almost as much as 100 coins from the other companies, so I never ended up doing the photography coins for my group.

I still check occasionally trying to find places that do small runs cheaper, but no luck so far.

maybe one of those 3d printing places online could make you one...Shapeway or what ever place can make metal prints.

I thought the same thing when I first discovered Shapeways. After ordering a few things from them though their metal prints are to rough to use for something like this. I was happy with the plastic pieces that I got though. But I do appreciate the suggestions you have made so far.

Right now I am thinking that maybe the detail could be etched in brass and then either paint or enamel the colors into the etching. I will look into this more after the holidays.

What is LEO Houston? I would think that this was made just for the show, but it would be nice if there was somewhere that it was available.
