ANH belt seen at MOM, AOSW etc.

I just noticed this while examining Leia's ANH costume yesterday. There is stitching on the screen used belt which is not present on the one commonly seen at exhibitions.

Is the exhibition belt an original screen used or was the original lost and replaced with a replica? Of course, both could have been screen used (hero and stunt for example)

Good eye. Note how the metal parts are flat instead of curved, too.

It's possible it was a replacement made after returning to the States and discovering they needed to accessorize Leia for special appearances, the Holiday Special, etc. (Most of the ANH costumes having been rentals and left behind in England.)
