I wonder how much it has in common with Jyn Erso's A-180 blaster, which had also been based on a Luger.
Both have a thick barrel shroud and a bar underneath it.
If a Luger has a scope, it would need to be on the side because the mechanism folds upwards.

I don’t see the 1313 blaster at all— def looks like a Luger base with DL-44 inspiration. There were lots of cool blasters, surprised we don’t have a master thread yet.
