ANACONDA prop

hello everybody, I'm working on a head bust of the snake from the 1997 film Anaconda. the film so bad its good, anyhow I'm having a custom 3d model made which I will then paint and display. I've found a few online but does anyone have behind the scenes photos or anything like that of the snake. I'm looking for paint reference so any feedback would be appreciated, have a great day!

Hello everybody, here is the first anaconda head created by the wonderful people at “API3d models” on Etsy, some changes are being made like the addition of larger scales the sit atop the eyes and tweaking the mouth to give it the almost cat like grin that it has in the film. Still though it’s an amazing rendition and the modelers who designed it really have a talent. I’ll update with pics soon so stay tuned everybody.

Hello once again, I’m back with a short update. Here are some pictures of it fully 3d printed. Since the pics are kinda dark I’ll probably take a few pictures when it arrives in the mail. Once it comes I’ll get strait to molding it and see how everything comes out

Thank you , it believe it was was printed at 11inches tall. The actual head from the film is a bit larger but 11inches works just fine for me

So how are you going to display it?

I’m planning on having it held up by a custom cylindrical holder, with the ANACONDA logo on its base, also does anyone know what type of paint I should use to airbrush it? I’m kinda a noob to the airbrushing thing as well as this will be my first time molding something

Sort of like the base this on is one. The one in the photo was a test Maquette head built during the early design stages of the snake
