Hi, the first batch of blue fabric was done using plastisol ink with a stretch additive for use on lycra... The second and newer blue is a completely new technique that I will be posting about shortly when I have a spare few hours to type it all up in to one post with pics and videos for you all to see!

Thanks man, you a life saver. Can't wait for the post later. And one more question, what is your webs and brick pattern stencil made of? I used paper, and completely ruins my whole screen:cry .Or are they like stick on screen?

When I do a screen printed brick for the blue i have the patter "burnt" in to the emulsion on the screen...

SPOILER...

But with my new blue fabric I use a new technique that you can see on my Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/OracleMadeUK?fref=nf

Check it out, share and like please

sorry for the bumps

May I ask why you are using this new method for the blue as opposed to the last method? Is it to do with how it wears over time or just sits better on the fabric? Really digging it so far though!

I guess the process is easier to do and is less time intense.

interesting, i guess we'll find out once it's all together. I've been thinking of doing one of these myself from scratch but I just can't find anyone who does screen printing by yardage rather than normal t-shirt screen printing. If I did it from scratch with blue and red fabrics I don't think id want to pass up the opportunity to do so!

I've been experimenting with dyes for a better shade on my red... The shading of the red is bugging my sssooooooo much as it varies in tone in different light! Do we like a particular one?

Personally, I like the second to last shade! :) In my opinion, the last shade (the darkest red) is a just a tiny bit too dark, but not too dark to be the brick pattern that goes over the initial red!:D

Agreed^^ second to last looks pretty good! But dang I wanna see that blue and red screened fabric in person! It looks sick.

Sorry for the bump but I can't figure my way out of this. I am soo stuck with that problem

For the raised webbing in ink I yes a puff additive to my plastersol ink on a 43T mesh screen... I gave the screen about 4 coats of photo emulsion to unable it to hold more ink for a thicker deposit. Hope that helps :)

SO you used plastisol ink with the puff addictive that you add for the raise webbing. Thank you a lot . And one question on your junkyard post. Can you sell the mask only with no faceshell? How much will it cost?
