Amazing Spider-Man 2 orhadar print kymnai

Update:

So my pattern came in, and I am excited to get working on it.

I have a few questions I was wondering if you guys could help me with.

Is Tulip Puff Paint the best brand to puff paint the suit with?

Also, El Fett said he creates a custom mix of "latex, black, silver and blue" for the blue portions. Would anyone happen to recommend any liquid latex brand, and the ratio of each color?

Here is a website I think you will find helpful :) Liquid Latex Face and body paint and costumes. Also, a quick tip, on the silver/black, don't use metallic. Use black AND silver. Do a silver line, with a black outline. In a recent TASM 2 poster, It was a close up of the mask. For the blue however, I just recommend a navy blue mixed with a small amount of black. A bit lighter of a shade on the back as well.

Thank you, I finally started puff painting my suit. The blue really does take a while huh. Thank you for the link. I'll try not to do anything fancy with the black line and blue lines. Since this is my first suit, I'll just use plain black for the webs, and navy blue for the blue brick pattern.

Btw, I finally got my universal face shell and TASM 2 lens for my suit, anyone know what kind of glue I should use to glue the lens to the black eye shape?

Does anyone know how to remove puff paint from the lycra? some of it spilled onto the blue section of the lycra and it looks like a tiny puddle of ink blotch.

Ive heard of some people getting decent results using alcohol-based hand sanitizer on a qtip to deal with puffy accidents, but you have to act fast. Hopefully you found a solution quickly, sorry to hear about your spill.

Thanks for replying, Lunaman. Looks like I didn't act fast enough/the spill was too thick for the alcohol to remove. But it's alright, that won't stop me from continuing my suit. I'll definitely keep some hand sanitizer near-by just in case it does happen again.

EDIT: Since the stain is on the back side, I might make a web back-pack to wear along side my suit to hide it as well as having that nice spidey accessory.

Another solution for future referenes is a cleaner in yellow lettering named Goo Gone. Its in a cler bottle containing a yellow liquid. It can be found at Wal-Mart for about 3 bucks. It works great, but it works best when the spill is fresh. Hope everything works out for you!

I'll look into that. Thanks, Sir Hurrizzel. Nice to know everyone knows a lot of solutions to this problem.

This has been on my mind for the longest time.

1) How do I go about suit maintenance? Should I handwash or just throw it into the washing machine?
2) What is the best brand of shoes I should use? Any recommendations?
3) Has anyone ordered a urethane rubber spider symbol from RPF Member modellbaubert? If so, how long did it take for you to receive it? It's been a month since I remitted payment.

Once again, thank you for all your help. I appreciate each and everyone.

Update: Puff painting complete. Now to send it over to Trophy Wife and get it sewn this week.

Trophy Wife just finished my suit yesterday, I shall receive it by Monday.

In the mean time, I purchased some of Tjack's universal face shell and lenses. I was wondering, which method is the best method to making the lense pliable in order to shape?

Not sure, never tried, i would take his word for it. As far as washing i hand washed and just laid it out to dry on top of towels. Worked great and drys fast over night.

Thanks for replying, my budget is almost shot so I'll have to pass on the heat gun method. But what's your opinion on the splatter screen method that Luna mentioned?

Hey man try using a hair dryer for the substitute of the heat gun.
