All New Wolverine / X-23 as Wolverine Build

I'm starting to embark on my Wolverine build from the All-New Wolverine and I'm not entire sure which way to take this one. Part of me would like to go a more tactical route with the fabric and not the spandex that people generally use.

I found Gun Head Design's file for the suit for printing on spandex:

Does anyone know of someone who has done this build or has pictures of someone in this build? I'm going to need to find the cowl or figure out how to make it as well as the claws and boots.

yAn advice on directions to consider or prop makers with a good reputation for any of these items is greatly appreciated.
