I live in a country that will never let me have access to such things, so I can only design from photos and by scouring the net for dimensions. So I may be off by quite a bit ..

Somehow I totally missed this thread when it was originally started. I couldn’t sleep last night and decided to hit the RPF and saw this near the top.
Fantastic work! It’s crazy, I’ve been thinking about building one of these for my wife to go with the Nerf M41-A we have on order for a cosplay.
If you don’t mind me ask, what type of 3D printer are you using? Your initial prints look really smooth.

what sizes /lengths of M3 bolts did you use to assemble, if you can remember?

these two are 20mm

this one i didnt thread and i just super glued a 15mm one in
these two are not constrianed so 10 or 15mm is fine
10 - 15mm
for the front cowl i used a 20mm for one side and then a 5 mm for the other

Yup, resin print in a vinyl-like material so that when it's affixed it can conform to the surface
