Alien Romulus Pulse Rifle?

there are several things, one is that both sides of the grip are mirrored in the model, but they are different in the real one. Also just in the part where the charger meets the cannon there are some ventilation windows or so. A part from the width of the grip that i really feel its too wide , and its because there is a stepp over it that it´s not in the 3d model. And of course the mechanism and hinge for the stock that in the model is just a tube and in the real one is quite more complex mechanism.
Nothing really important, i love how mine looks, and it´s worth the price if you want one with less building complexity as the one from thingiverse, but a bit less screenaccurate.

Some of those things have been updated, and just now, I've release a foldable stock with a sliding mechanism.
Here are some of the visible changes in the design :

Wow! this makes it perfect! XD i think i´m too lazy to make it again but i just can recomend your model to anyone who wants to own one, it was cool before, now it´s even cooler!

Pretty freaking cool! I think the brown bess versions were the rare ones but I'm no expert. There's one of OD Green ones a few hours south of me that's listed for that same price. Really nice replicas for sure!

I know they made 1000 of those and 250 of the OD green ones. I know the brown is more accurate to the prop but OD green is more accurate to how they looked on screen. I'm building a Ripley costume to put on display. I'll share the pics here once I'm done!

Basically it goes like this…

There’s a regular edition (the clean version),
And a exclusive version (the weathered version). The regular editions are available through outside vendors. The exclusive is ONLY available through Hollywood Collectibles Group.

Anything sold through an outside vendor, HCG gets a portion of the sale, as the vendor gets discounts and bulk order deals. Anything purchased direct from HCG, the company makes more off the sale. So the company created exclusive versions, at the same price, as an incentive to purchase directly.
Moviefreak any chance were getting closer to seeing in hand photos of the production rifles? I'm considering surprising my wife with the weathered version. As much as I'd love a metal one I don't anticipate the House of Mouse greenlighting it.

Hi there,
you did great work on these 3D files, the look beautiful. But I must ask something.

I studied some screenshots of the rifle and I‘m pretty sure the magazine housing has angled outlines. It goes more narrow to the bottom.

You can also see that the space between the screws at the front plate is smaller at the bottom.

The projects shown here have parallel outlines.

I‘ve also had a look at the thread by PaulsBoutique, he did it with the angled outlines.

Are there different versions of the pulse rifle?

Uhhh... did you guys not notice the Weta Workshop watermark on that video? That's the original hero prop. So therefore... not for sale.

Weta Workshop does sell merch, so they COULD make a run of these if they wanted to ;)
Technically that's true, but I guarantee you that they wouldn't have all of the bells and whistles that are shown in the video. Plus, HCG is already doing licensed replicas, so...
