I have started designs for two props from Alice in Wonderland, on top of the other items already being worked on.
First one is the Mace of the White Queen, Map from Alice in Wonderland and the Executioners Axe.
The handle of the the White Queen Mace is being done by a wood moulding machine with the top being done either by resin mold ready to screw on OR we have found thin metals strips that would easily fasten to a wooden bulb and than fastened to the handle.
The map will be printed on aged canvas with the scroll just like in the film. Not sure to what extent the prop is used, but still, who doesnt like a cool map to be included in shrines?
The heart of the axe will be iron with dull edges and handle will be a alluminum. I am not sure if anyone will be interested in it, but I wanted to make it cheap to ship. It will be in two pieces with a fastener to hold the actual axe to the handle.
I am also working on some Percy Jackson, Legend of the Seeker and others thats in pre-stages. I wanted the Percy Jackson and Alice stuff to be ready when films debut.
