Hey guys! Wanted to show you all our recently finished project!
It is a fully functioning airsoft replica of the DLT-20A Blaster Rifle as (briefly) seen in ESB and many of the games. The blaster holds a functioning magazine we disguised as part of the original design as well as some graphics in the scope that we made to look like a targeting system. The hopup is easily accessible and the 8.4v Lipo battery is concealed in the stock. We tried for fairly heavy film accuracy based on the limited resources we could find, however some minor things had to be done to be able to take it down since it is also a functioning airsoft gun.
The base gun is an AGM STG44, the barrel shroud is a real browning 1919 shroud. The rest of the parts were scratch built, molded then cast so we can somewhat easily reproduce this.
Hope you guys enjoy it! If you have any questions please ask

Closeup of the Hopup.

The magazine, making this actually function was a bit of a headache but it was worth doing!

Stock close-up. We cast it with foam inside so that we could easily remove the foam afterwards for the battery, wiring and fuse.

G&P 8.4v Lipo Battery, fuse and wiring

It's a little snug, but everything fits and functions!

Better view of the sight

Layout of a bunch of the parts cast for the blaster- for a blaster that saw very little screen time, it had a lot of parts!
Again, hope you guys like it and please comment with any questions! :thumbsup
