Hey there,
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to further age the lovely Time Bandits map prop replica by Magnoli Props..? These are available on ebay by the New Zealand-based seller and are absolutely gorgeous. But...I want to age the edges a bit more, so they're not quite so ruler-straight. The actual map comes beautifully aged and de-colored already, but those pesky super-straight edges let it down a little bit.
They are professionally printed onto 330 gms coated canvas, so sadly a naked flame can't be used to brown it...because the whole thing would up in flames in a matter of seconds. All I can think of is perhaps some sandpaper and a few tea and coffee stains.
If anyone has any better ideas, I'd be extremely grateful, thank you!
