Advice on "straightening my sword's edge"

Hello! I just finished up this master sword for a friend. I'm mostly happy with it, but I couldn't seem to get my blade's edge perfectly straight or even with my dremel. Any advice for future builds?

You probably should use a table router to get perfectly beveled edges.
Do it on both sides to get that uniformed edging.
