Addition to my Halloween Vader

Last year when I took Vader out to the local bars, I had to keep taking off my helmet so the bouncer could see that I was in fact who I said I was. So this year to give them a little extra treat I came up with this. Hope you like it,

Fake IDs are illegal.

Well, using them to get into a club or bar would certainly be illegal... of course they'll just laugh and ask for real ID and take your helmet off.

I took my Vader out last year and the biggest pain, besides the heat, the boot lifts and just overall awkwardness of it was I couldn't drink in the mask. Me not drinking in a bar is like going to the ER when there's nothing wrong with me. So I kept it off most of the night. There's the real drawback to doing Vader at a bar.

Plus you have all the drunks running up pushing the buttons on the chestbox. And if you do drink it's a pain to try and use the bathroom.

Good idea, although I think it'd be more like a real id if you had a shot of Vader as if he's sitting there for the shot instead of just the helmet.

Ahhh, the memories of fending off drunks while in a Vader costume. Good times... good times. :lol

That's a great idea! :lol But I agree, it would be a lot more humorous if you got a "real" pic of Vader instead.

HAH! That's a great idea:lol

But why not just take a pic of yourself in the costume and apply that to the ID? Just hang up a red or blue sheet behind you and have some one snap a few pics.

In some states they require you to take off your hat in the photo so maybe one without the dome would be in order also.:lol
