Adam West Batman Cowl Help

Hey guys,
I have recently started a project on the 1966 Adam West Batman cowl. I already have the cloth and the fiberglass head shell. I was wondering if anybody on the RPF had made any templates for the cloth I could use. Budget is REALLY tight right now and can't afford to buy Chuck's templates so any help would be nice.

Can I ask where you got a cowl shell?

My dad made it about 12 years ago. Its fiberglass and bondo. It was custom made to fit his head which luckly is my current head size lol

Cover shell with plastic then tape. Cover the entire cowl. Trace eye holes, outer edges of shell. Next draw seams. Cut tape/plastic off shell and use for a template
