Have you ever mixed some standard pva glue with a part of plaster powder (gypsum) in order to fill your armor's gaps ? Who uses this method said that the surface becomes sandable, smooth and durable but I'm still worried about possible cracks.
And also who uses acrylic emulsion (@ironmaided) to seal his own creations, has ever tried to mix the emulsion with plaster powder? It should be more durable this way....should be.........................
