Acrylic Hemispheres

I'm in need of 10" clear hemispheres that will combine to form a globe. The largest I've found is 6" from Kit Kraft. All others don't form a perfect sphere when combined or have a flange I have to get rid of or some other problems.

Anyone know where I could find 10" hemispheres that combine to form a perfect sphere? I know people on here have needed big domes for the death star and such.
