AA case begins

...or he hasnt stopped laughing long enough to draft an intelligible decision...lol
Also makes me wonder if there is some behind the scenes maneuvering going on to try and save AA some semblance of a livlihood and for Lucas not to look like the evil corporate behemoth.

That is pretty damn high.

No worries. Once the verdict is announced, assuming the same thread is used, the post count will probably double though the same things will be said...over...and over...and over again...

I always thought the orginal show-off thread for AA's stunt helmet had the high post count! :lol

6 weeks and counting from the supposed "3 week decision"

First off the 3 week estimate was just a ballpark given by Brian not a hard fast date... Also Brian suggested that he thought the case would be over in a few days when he gave that time frame, while in fact the trial continued on and was still listed on the court docket for about 2 additional weeks...

I'm sure the decision will come soon enough...

I still hope that Ainsworth wins this one.

Wins what? The legacy and credit he attempted to steal from a dead lady! The legacy and credit he attempted to steal from several other sculptors and artist? The rights to LFL owned property that he attempted to steal?

As far as I'm concerned he is nothing short of a scam artist, he was the guy pressing a few buttons on a vacuum forming machine and probably nothing more, just like LFL claimed in the US suit and backed up in the UK suit... He made a lot of claims to fame but failed to back them up since they were false and stolen...
