Nice looking start, good work.

And yeah don't worry about losing weight, you seem a good build for Vader.

Seen that undersuit and wondered about it myself, both my undersuits get pretty hot, and his seems to have a few panels that should help reduce the heat inside the costume.

I've got a GT armour set from the first year they were made bigger, I've owned a few others and they weren't big enough. The bigger GT armour is great, and fits the more well built Vader much better.

Yesssssss my costume is now totally done ....

Totally finish saturday evening, and I had my first event this sunday.

I've notice a lot of think to modify it.

First of all, fix the chest box more closer to the armour, also put higher the belt and the cod piece (perhaps change the cod by a new one) and finally change the cape chain by the correct one.

Excellent costume... I only wish my first Vader costume was as nice as yours. You started off with a superb helmet. Looks like you got the "walk and posture" down as well. Nice job indeed...

After a few months and especially birth of baby

I have now my SL ID : SL 9555

I decided to improve the costume and to start to change the parts.
Here a small list of the things which I wish to change.

Armor

So Â… IÂ’ve got a gt version and I am not realy satisfied with it.
This is some pics for example.

And :

As you can notice, the shoulders are too small that the armor AND the more important for me, my breadth is too much round.
At the beginning I wanted to buy the armour of Darth Kahnt but finally I will buy a JB.

Cod

I try to do one of myself, I hope the result will be satisfying.

Chest Box

Change by a Gino Â… the problem will be from finds one of them.

Cape and inner cape and suit

I will contact a professional dressmaker, and thus will see what is possible to make.

Helmet

Can be should I change it... by a spfx ? I have no idea.

Really a nice Vader,good job.
About the armor....
Watching your pics,this GT(2007??) is very similar to the JB's one.
The shoulders are small but the chest piece IMHO is pretty close.

Vader's experts what do you say???

I have yet to see a suit that has enough 'wrinkle' to it. And the correct sheen. Gino's is probably the best I've seen, but that was custom-made. Here's the best pic I could find at the moment.

My armour was supposed to be a GT2006, but ... when I have receive it, I was really disappointed by the bells, that's the reason why I plot to change it.

How tall are you? The proportions look very good. Im a skinny 6ft 1 guy and I want to know how much bigger you are to give me something to shoot for someday if I become a Vader costumer.
