I can tell the helmet is fiberglass, is it an MR?
None of that costume looks like a Rubies, what are the parts made from?

Yes, the helmet is an MR; The rest of the costume, except the gloves, is a Rubies totally recasted . Armor: middle crest and tick edge. Chest box: inverted scuares and led in the red button. Shin guards: remolded in center and removed faux leather parts. Cape: Black satin lining :love

That's certainly a very nice ROTS Vader costume. It looks really nice!
The gloves look like the first generation of Sitharmor's ROTS gloves. He now has a new ROTS glove available with a more screen accurate stitching pattern. He has been making the more accurate ones available to anyone who bought the first version for only $15 or so.
Sitharmor also makes an aluminum ROTS buckle. Its very nice.
The armor chain looks like the stock Rubies chain. Sitharmor can get you some aglok chain for about $3 per length. Its not screen accurate for ROTS but it looks better than the stock Rubies chain. And, you can modify it to look more like the ROTS chain as I've detailed here:

And if you have been finding that the cape tends to slip off the edges of the shoulder bells, here is an excellent fix to maintain that ROTS look and hold the cape securely in place on teh chest armor:
