A Kind of scratch build of something for NECA

Hello All My RPF Friends, Ok Guys been grabbing me up some of these NECA figures, I kind of been stuck with a sculpt over at Creature Effects. So I started building a shelf but this shelf has become a castle for the Nosferatu figure.... if I can ever get me one very pricy but I want one so bad. so here is a build of this off model of a castle shelf also with other just shelfs so here is the project happening

Okay, these are some steps hope everything lines up with the wall part, cause as a model each parts had to be made each stone on the walls are hand cut so here is a bit more of the build parts being made

This yellow is going to be the castle floor there is more to happen here

The steps are to line up with that square spot in the corner which is blank may should have finished out this with stones but it is what it is and I don't like saying that.

This is a test on a type of a paint I want to try on the windows

So at this point I am building a door all from scratch

Okay, So here is a bit done so far. This will look so cool with the Nosferatu figure. So once this shelf is all done it will have 3 shelfs for figures this lower shelf is all castle for the Nosferatu figure all the rest of the shelves are all monster creatures ect. Wow I have the Creep on the way from tales from the crypt seems like a cool figure I have a whole another wall to stone up Enjoy more to come

Okay, Friends, I did some checking and the stair case mounts up fine, So all these parts are sub builds then it all comes together. Here is the other side of the shelf wall cut and ready for stone work to be cut in lots of fun here we go

Okay, this is going to take a bit of cutting each stone to shape lots of fun and time so enjoy more to come

Okay My RPF Friends, more work done and all painted and all together, there are some other elements I want to make just to dress things up a bit. I still need to build a stand for the coffin this is all going to look so cool. Okay I did this paint treatment on the windows this is a high light paint that has a ghost effect, I did a pattern on the grid I used that is glued to a sky blue paper. I first used a high light blue then red and the gold, I am still debating on the green around the red we shall see. So with the use of the high light paints I am trying to get a stained glass look which you have to move around for light to cause the effect which is cool well enough said here is the progress this far still a ways to go I posted up Frankenstein he is a bit tall the Nosferatu is 6 1/2 inches will fit very well also the creep should look good as well here you go Enjoy

I even made a key hole which should fit Nosferatu's keys

The paint is hard to see I will try to get a better pic

This paint is so ghost effect its hard to catch it high lighting, here is a pic of the other side all done and trying to catch that ghost here we go.

The windows do have a stained glass look so that test worked out here comes Frankenstein

Yep all those white dots on the wall is some of my sons messing around with my full auto bb gun wifey got his butt I thought it was funny I didn't think he would do it this was before the shelf.

Also here is a Michel Myers.

Okay so now I have to make some elements to dress things up a bit so more cutting and carving, these elements will make it look cool, More to come can't wait to get the creep he will look cool here And I really want me a Nosferatu figure one day ahead I hope his coffin will look cool on the 3 window side.Well back to the old shop more making I need to do. Thanks Analyzer, been busy out in the old shop, mostly sculpting for creature effects over in sculpture and makeup effects got some stuff over there and got into this neca figure craze now I am hooked. Hope one day I can get the Nosferatu figure. I am making some other elements for this castle setting so more to come

Okay RPF Friends, Thanks for all the likes keeps me going another day in the shop got some elements made. I still have to make a coffin stand for the coffin to sit on but I have to have it in my hands to see scale size so I can make this element so here you go Enjoy Also got the creep i and another figure Creature from the black lagoon as saaid Enjoy

The spider was a ring I cut the ring off and painted a hour glass on and shaped his legs he looks cool going up the steps

Okay this is kind of a fire pit this was the stand on the hanging light, it didn't look right so I cut it off added some chain and made the hanging light couldn't figure out what to do with the base then it came to me so I made a fire pit this view shows just the logs turn it around and then it has hot coals I think I might cut some loose stone rocks here and there yep looks cool I can't wait to get me a Nosferatu figure for this the creep will keep watch over the coffin and Nosferatu will take his place on the steps well Guys looks like this one is a wrap I might make some other elements to add to it when I do I will share off to the next project which I will share as well Thanks for looking and the likes Enjoy

Excellent work, kermet! I like the way you did the stained glass. An excellent technique.

The Paint is kind of a creamy white its called Hi-Lite Interference its a auto air color and quite pricey, this paint is used for ghost flames and effect painting and comes in many colors. The grid is some kind of lawn barrier so taking pics was kind of hard because of the ghost effect it is a cool paint Thanks

Okay RPF Friends, I am working on another element for this, it has been kind of hard to get it to work out so far a big time waste but I will get it there. I have it in me head just to make it. This element is a candle stand with about five tiers of candles with dripping wax, cutting parts for this has been time consuming and some time waste but I will push past and make it, as said I will share here. Thank you London underground shelf looks cool. These shelf's just make a figure look even cooler. Those American werewolf figures are cool as well been looking on getting me a couple. Thanks for sharing and keep it going
